Shooter
On an average weekend in Chicago, between 40 and 70 people are shot.
The one-act play Shooter deals with the circumstances faced by one of them as explained by a social worker who must inform him that his drug deal related drive-by gunshot injury has paralyzed him for life, creating unimagined consequences for him, his infant son, and the child’s Hispanic teenage mother.
